Salad
- 3 cans (45 oz.) whole kernel corn drained
- 1 cup grape tomatoes sliced
- 2 avocados chopped
- 1/2 red onion chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
Dressing
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Juice from 1/2 lime
