Crustless Pear Pie

by | Updated: October 9th, 2020

In a refreshing break from the apple and pumpkin which typically dominate the season, this pie focuses on the often-overlooked pear. With the sweet fruit nestled into every slice, each bite of this crustless pie is as divine as the last. Everything is mixed together in a single bowl then baked to pearfection for a lighter (and deceptively simple) dessert that’s destined to find itself included in your holiday rotation year after year.
