Dark & White Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
2/3 cup dark cocoa powder
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup coconut sugar
2 Tbsp. melted coconut oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 package white chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients.
- Using wet hands, roll the dough into balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 8 minutes, or until cookies are slightly crisp around the edges.
