Sweet potatoes are loaded with vitamins and minerals, and they are low in fat and high in fiber to support your dog’s digestive health. This dog treats recipe, using a dehydrator to lock in nutrients, is a great way to give your pup the goodness of sweet potatoes.

Ingredients

6 sweet potatoes
2 Tbsp. coconut oil
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. rosemary
1 Tbsp. sage

Directions

  1. Cut the potatoes into 1/4-inch thick strips or rounds.
  2. Place in a single layer on dehydrator sheets. Brush oil on each one and sprinkle with herbs and spices.
  3. Dehydrate for 12 hours.
