Ingredients
Crust
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 Tbsp. flaxseed meal
- 1/2 cup chicken bone broth unsalted
Sauce
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1-2 Tbsp. chicken bone broth unsalted
Toppings
- 3 oz chicken shredded
- 1/4 cup mozzarella
- 1/4 cup vegetables optional
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or non-stick baking mat.

In small bowl, combine oat flour, flaxseed meal and broth. Mix until you have a soft dough.

Wrap dough in plastic wrap and let rest for 10 minutes.

Roll dough into pizza shape, about 9-in round and place on lined cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are dry looking.
Sauce and toppings

In small bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree and broth for spreadable consistency.

Spread pumpkin sauce over crust.
