Double Chocolate Bark With Dried Fruit & Nuts

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Line square pan with parchment paper, cutting paper to fit.
  2. Using double-boiler, melt dark chocolate chips with olive oil.
  3. Pour melted dark chocolate into pan, spread evenly. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
  4. Using double-boiler, melt white chocolate.
  5. Pour over dark chocolate in swirl pattern. Top with dried fruit and nuts; chill 30 minutes to 1 hour until set.
  6. When firm, break chocolate into pieces and serve. Chill remaining pieces.
