Easy Homemade Honey BBQ Sauce

With honey as sweetener, this quick, easy-to-make sauce offers the perfect balance of sweet and smoky.

Makes 1 cup
Serving size: 2 Tbsp.

Ingredients

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup organic ketchup
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. turmeric
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. molasses
1 tsp. pink salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In a pot, stir together all ingredients. Bring to a rapid boil and then remove from heat. Whisk to combine.
  2. Pour into a glass jar to cool before serving.
  3. Refrigerate leftovers.
