					Ingredients
- 1 piece sushi-grade tuna room temperature
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 tin Gustus Vitae Everything Brooklyn Bagel Seasoning
- soy sauce for dipping
Instructions
- 
										Thoroughly coat tuna with seasoning. Using plastic wrap, loosely wrap tuna and refrigerate for 2 hours. 
- 
										In large nonstick pan over high, heat oil and cook tuna for approximately 2 minutes per side. 
- 
										Remove from heat and cool. Cutting against the grain, slice tuna into steaks. Serve with soy sauce.
