Garlic Pesto Pasta

1 package angel hair pasta
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 pint cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
1/2 cup feta cheese (optional)
1 avocado, peeled, de-seeded and diced (optional)

Pesto Sauce

2 bunches basil
1/3 cup garlic-infused olive oil
1/3 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup water
Crushed red pepper
to taste
Salt & black pepper to taste


  1. Prepare angel hair noodles according to package directions. Set aside and let cool.
  2. In a food processor, add all pesto ingredients and blend until well combined.
  3. Add remaining pasta ingredients and toss to incorporate.
  4. Stir in pesto, making sure to coat all noodles.
