Ingredients
Salad
1 organic carrot, grated
1 organic beet, grated
Optional garnish: fresh basil or mint
Optional: Redmond Garlic Salt, to taste

Dressing
3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. Sunbutter Sunflower Butter

Directions

  1. In bowl, combine carrot and beet.
  2. In small bowl, combine dressing ingredients and stir until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour dressing over salad; toss.
