Hazelnut Cookie Bites {no bake, vegan, gluten free}

Ingredients:

 

Method:

  1. Soak hazelnuts in water for 8 hours to soften them for the cookie bites. This makes them easier to digest as well.
  2. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until well combined.
  3. Scoop out batter by the tablespoon, roll into balls. Wet hands to make it easier to form balls.

Yields 9 cookie bites
