Homemade Almond Butter Granola
Ingredients
Serves 8-12
1 Tbsp. tigernut flour
2 cups rolled oats
1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 Tbsp. flax seeds
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup almond butter or SunButter Sunflower Butter
¼ cup raw almonds
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well combined. (Note: Mixture should be moist and clump together; add more almond butter or honey if needed.)
- Spread mixture on baking sheet and bake for 13 minutes or until golden brown.
