- 1 cup organic raw almonds
- ¼ cup Pri Manuka Honey
- Dash cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. cardamom
- Dash Redmond Salt
Instructions

										Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 
										In bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.

										On baking sheet, arrange almonds.
