Homemade Honey Roasted Almonds

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Cool Time 20 minutes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
  3. On baking sheet, arrange almonds.
  4. Bake 15 minutes, monitoring at end of cook time to be sure almonds don’t burn.
  5. Remove from oven and spread almonds onto clean baking sheet, spreading out so almonds do not stick together.
  6. Let cool 20 minutes; transfer to container of choice.
