Instructions

  1. In large bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. To bowl, add kale and gently massage in dressing; let sit for 10 minutes, tossing every 2-3 minutes to soften kale.
  3. Add orange slices and pomegranate seeds prior to serving.
