Optional: 1 Tbsp. microgreens or greens powder

Instructions

  1. In high-speed blender, blend all ingredients on smoothie setting or for 30 to 60 seconds.
  2. Taste and add more sweetener if desired.

Recipe Notes

  • If fresh ginger isn’t available, substitute with dry ginger.
  • For a more intense lemony flavor, add ½ tsp. lemon zest.
  • Use more or less almond milk to create desired thickness.
