This time of year, hot beverages win for comfort. There’s the delicious, essential first cup of coffee or tea in the morning, doctored up with sweetener and cream. Then at the office, there’s the cuppa-to-keep-you-going, with more sugar and creamers.

Make a Sugar-Free Latte with Torani Vanilla Syrup

Maybe you sneak out to Starbucks after lunch for a grande vanilla latte with a lotta extras to sweeten your mood. Add in a cup of hot chocolate made extra sweet and creamy with more extras after dinner, and here’s the bad news for your waistline: You could have sipped away half or more of your total calories for the day!

Solution? I discovered Torani Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup several years ago, and have been a dedicated fan ever since.

Torani Sugar-Free Vanilla SyrupKosher and sweetened with Splenda, the 0-calorie sugar-free vanilla Torani is ideal for jazzing up my morning coffee. I keep a separate bottle at work to add to my mid-morning tea.

And if you’re a fan of fancy coffee shops, you’ll save beaucoup bucks as well as considerable by making your own vanilla lattes or other beverages.

Tip: If you like Greek yogurt, avoid the pre-sweetened kind and mix sugar-free vanilla Torani syrup with plain Greek yogurt and a dash of cinnamon for fewer calories and a big blast of flavor!

In addition to using Torani sugar-free syrup for yogurt, coffee and tea, I’ve discovered that adding it to sugar-free hot cocoa turns it into a dessert. Because it’s often challenging to get enough fiber, which is so important for overall health and curbing cravings, I’m a fan of Just Like Sugar Guilt-Free Hot Cocoa Mix.
