Ingredients
- ½ cup garbanzo and fava flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. egg replacer
- ¼ cup water
- ½ cup light canned coconut milk
- ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- ½ cup blueberries fresh or frozen
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 8-inch cast iron skillet with coconut oil spray.

In medium mixing bowl, combine flours, salt and baking powder.

In separate bowl, stir together egg replace, water, coconut milk, applesauce and vanilla.

Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Fold in blueberries.
