It just means you’re craving these double-nutty oat cookies, featuring the richness of peanut butter and crunch of crushed macadamia nuts. Ingredients

1 cup oats
2/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup crushed macadamia nuts

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, add all ingredients except macadamia nuts. Stir until well combined. Dough will be sticky.
  3. Fold in macadamia nuts, and then refrigerate dough for at least 30 minutes to settle.
  4. Roll dough into balls and place on non-stick baking sheet. Top with a pinch of salt and bake 10 minutes, or until cookies begin to turn golden.
