Ingredients
1 cup oats
2/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup crushed macadamia nuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, add all ingredients except macadamia nuts. Stir until well combined. Dough will be sticky.
- Fold in macadamia nuts, and then refrigerate dough for at least 30 minutes to settle.
- Roll dough into balls and place on non-stick baking sheet. Top with a pinch of salt and bake 10 minutes, or until cookies begin to turn golden.
