Matcha White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp. Himalayan pink salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. matcha green tea powder
- 2 Tbsp. egg replacer
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- ½ cup organic coconut cream
- 2 Tbsp. water
- ¾ cup white chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

In mixing bowl, sift together flour, salt, baking powder and matcha powder.

Stir in egg replacer, sugar, vanilla, coconut cream and water until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips.

Scoop batter by tablespoon and arrange on baking sheet, evenly spaced. Due to spreading, place no more than 16 cookies on one sheet and the rest on second sheet.

Bake 15 minutes until slightly brown around edges.

Cool before serving.
