2 scoops (about 50 g) chocolate protein powder
1 Tbsp. almond flour
1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
2 egg whites


  1. In mug, combine all ingredients and mix well, until batter is thick and smooth.
  2. Microwave 1 to 1-1/2 minutes.
