Here’s a dessert that’ll make hearts crumble. Cobblers have a way of doing that. Their fruity bottoms and oat toppings are a balanced mix of soft and crunchy, comforting but healthy. Meanwhile, there’s a warm, charming sweetness you simply can’t overcome. Many a sweet tooth will try to gobble that cobbler, but only yours will even get a chance. How’d you get so lucky? This mini blueberry crumble has just enough love for one.

Filling

1 cup fresh mixed berries
1/2 Tbsp. oat flour
1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Crumble Topping

1 scoop cinnamon protein powder
1/4 cup oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. melted ghee

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and coat a large ramekin with nonstick cooking spray or coconut oil.
  2. In a medium bowl, add filling ingredients and gently mix until combined. Pour filling into greased ramekin.
  3. Rinse out your bowl and pat dry. Add crust ingredients and stir until well combined. You can mash these a little bit to make crumbly.
  4. Spoon crumble over fruit filling and bake 15 minutes, or until crumble topping begins to turn golden.
