Moringa is a nutrient-dense superfood and the perfect ingredient to infuse these energy bites with a dose of green. Ingredients
1 T. Moringa powder
 1/2 cup quick oats
 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
 1/4 cup maple syrup
 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
 1 Tbsp. water
 2 Tbsp. mini chocolate chips
Directions
- In food processor, pulse moringa, oats and coconut flakes.
 - Add syrup, oil, peppermint and water and pulse again until sticky batter forms.
 - Add mini chocolate chips and pulse until distributed.
 - With tablespoon, scoop batter out and roll into balls.
