Ingredients

1 cup Bob’s Red Mill Super Fine Almond Flour
1/4 cup pHresh Products Organic Cacao Powder, plus more for rolling
2 Tbsp. Vitacost Organic Maple Syrup
1/8 tsp. Redmond Real Salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
12 Vitacost Organic Whole Raw Cashews
1/4 cup Jem Raw Organic Cashew Cardamom Almond Spread

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for cashews and mix until well combined.
  2. Scoop out about a rounded tablespoon of batter, place a cashew inside and roll into a ball, using extra cacao powder. Repeat until all batter has been used.
