Just like peanut butter, sunflower butter pairs perfectly with chocolate to create a made-in-heaven flavor combination. With no baking required, you’ll be crushing cravings in less time than it’d take to preheat the oven.

Makes 24 brownies

Ingredients
Brownies
1 cup Sunbutter Sunflower Butter
1-1/2 cups plus 2 Tbsp. TigerNut flour
1 cup cacao powder
1 tsp. Simply Organic Vanilla Extract
5 Tbsp. water
3/4 cup Vitacost Maple Syrup
Dash Redmond Sea Salt

Frosting
1/4 cup Sunbutter Sunflower Butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions

  1. In bowl, combine all brownie ingredients and mix.
  2. In baking tray lined with parchment paper, spread mixture evenly. Smooth layer of sunflower butter on top, then sprinkle on chocolate chips.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour to set.
