Oven-Baked Hemp Seed-Encrusted Chicken
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
½ cup hemp seeds
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
4 chicken breasts (boneless/skinless)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray and set aside.
- In a shallow dish, combine all ingredients except chicken breasts.
- Dip chicken breasts in mixture to coat, rolling to cover all sides.
- Arrange coated chicken breasts on baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
