Make it with the kids at night and watch as they devour a vegan, gluten-free breakfast packed with superfoods such as chia seeds and hemp seeds. While the sweet, tart raspberry puree is treat enough, there’s no shame in adding optional toppings like cacao nibs, date syrup or a pinch of Himalayan salt.

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups organic sprouted rolled oats
- 3 Tbsp. organic chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp. organic hemp seeds
- Splash nut-based milk
- 1 tsp. organic vanilla extract pure
- 1/2 cup organic raspberries fresh
- 2 Tbsp. organic maple syrup or honey
Optional
- Organic 100% cacao nibs raw
- 1/2 cup raspberries frozen
- Maple syrup or date syrup
- Pinch Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions

In medium bowl, mash raspberries with back of fork to desired smoothness.

Divide mashed raspberries into individual jars or bowls.

In same bowl, combine dry ingredients and mix well.

Add remaining ingredients. Stir, then add syrup, vanilla and milk to taste. Let mixture thicken for 5 minutes.

Layer oat mixture over raspberries. Cover jars and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. For best results, refrigerate overnight.

To serve, add splash of milk and top with frozen raspberries, cacao nibs or drizzle of maple syrup.
