Forget the muffin man. His goods are likely loaded with white flour, butter and a ton of sugar—not an ideal treat if you’re trying to follow a paleo diet. Instead, fill your tins with a batter blended from ancestor-approved ingredients like coconut flour, raw honey and dark chocolate chips for a cleaner, healthier breakfast or snack. With no dairy or gluten, just about anyone can peel back the paper wrapper and indulge. The bakery won’t be missed!
