Love pecan sandies but not the added sugar that comes with them? You’ll love these no-sugar pecan and peanut butter sandies. To make these toothsome treats, use almond and coconut flours, peanut butter and crushed pecans, plus a pinch of natural monk fruit as sweetener. After baking, you’ll end up with sugar-free sweets that are so delicious your taste buds won’t notice the difference – but your body sure will!

Peanut Butter Pecan Sandies (No Sugar!)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
  2. In medium bowl, mix together flours and monk fruit. Stir in peanut butter and add pecans.
  3. Drop mixture onto waxed baking sheet. Flatten with fork if needed.
  4. Bake 10-15 minutes.

Recipe Notes

• Mixture also makes great bars! Add batter to square baking pan and bake. Let cool and refrigerate so they cut easily.

• Store frozen airtight bag or container for up to 3 months.
