Probiotic-Rich Fermented Berries

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In pint-sized jar, place berries.

  2. In bowl, mix together two to three tablespoons water, honey and probiotic powder; pour over berries.

  3. Add enough water to cover berries, leaving an inch or two of space between berries
    and lid. Seal jar with lid.

  4. Let jar sit at room temperature for two days. Move to refrigerator.

  5. When done, berries will taste tart and have some effervescence. Keep refrigerated and
    consume within 1 to 2 months.
