All you have to do is steam cauliflower and chop a red onion – the oven and the spices will take it from there. In the end, you get a delicious side to balance out your meal.

Roasted Rosemary Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 2 heads cauliflower steamed and drained and cut into florets
- 1 red onion chopped
- 4 garlic cloves chopped into halves
- 1/3 cup avocado oil
- 1-2 Tbsp. rosemary
- 2 tsp. ground turmeric
- Pinch sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

In a baking dish, evenly combine cauliflower florets, red onion and garlic. Drizzle avocado oil, rosemary, turmeric, sea salt and black pepper. Add more oil, if desired.

Bake for 10-15 minutes.

Remove from oven and toss the florets. Bake for 10 more minutes.

Garnish with fresh rosemary.
