Serving a green salad for dinner? Or maybe chicken or fish? No matter what main course is on your menu, this roasted cauliflower recipe is sure to pep up your plate. It’s everything a good side dish should be: relatively quickly, easy to prepare, nutritious and flavorful. All you have to do is steam cauliflower and chop a red onion – the oven and the spices will take it from there. In the end, you get a delicious side to balance out your meal.

Roasted Rosemary Cauliflower

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. In a baking dish, evenly combine cauliflower florets, red onion and garlic. Drizzle avocado oil, rosemary, turmeric, sea salt and black pepper. Add more oil, if desired.
  3. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and toss the florets. Bake for 10 more minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh rosemary.

Recipe Notes

Add toasted nuts or seeds for extra protein.
