Remember when beer-can chicken had its heyday? Well, you’ll quickly forget it. Ginger root beer pulled pork has much more flavor and is even easier to make. There are no giblets, no grill and no need to gulp down half a beer (unless you really want to). This slow-cooker recipe calls for the entire can of sugar-free, calorie-free soda, so you get the full impact of zesty ginger and sweet, earthy spices. Tonight, nothing goes to waste – most of all your time.
