Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups gluten-free baking mix
- 1/2 cup sesame tahini
- 1 chia-flax egg
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- Pure stevia or monk fruit, to taste
- 1/3 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom optional
- Pinch sea salt optional
Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Using cooking spray, lightly spray baking sheet.

Mix together sesame tahini, chia-flax egg, vanilla and stevia or monk fruit. Stir baking mix, sea salt and cardamom.

Spoon or scoop into small balls; flatten into patties. Evenly cover entire cookie, including bottom, with sesame seeds. Arrange cookies on prepared baking sheet.
