  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Using cooking spray, lightly spray baking sheet.
  2. Mix together sesame tahini, chia-flax egg, vanilla and stevia or monk fruit. Stir baking mix, sea salt and cardamom.
  3. Spoon or scoop into small balls; flatten into patties. Evenly cover entire cookie, including bottom, with sesame seeds. Arrange cookies on prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake 12 minutes or until light golden brown.
