Spicy Roasted Sugar Snap Peas

Step aside, boiled veggies. There’s a new side dish in town, and it’s got a spicy kick! These spicy, roasted snap peas might just steal the show away from your main course. After all, they’re delicious and easy to make – what’s not to love? Serve alongside roasted chicken or grilled fish.

Serves 2 (as a side dish)

Ingredients

8 oz. snap peas, washed
1 Tbsp. Vitacost Olive Oil
½ tsp. crushed red pepper
⅛ tsp. pink salt and black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Toss snap peas with oil and spices.
  3. Spread evenly on baking dish. Bake 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
