Ingredients
- 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach thawed
- 1/3 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. garlic minced
- 24 wonton wrappers
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Handful of crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Add spinach to large bowl once thawed and excess water is removed.

To same bowl, add softened cream cheese, Dijon, parmesan, mozzarella, Greek yogurt, salt, pepper and minced garlic.

Mix until well combined

Spray muffin tin with cooking spray and lay wonton wrappers into each cup

Add two scoops of mixture to each wonton cup
