Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Add spinach to large bowl once thawed and excess water is removed.
  3. To same bowl, add softened cream cheese, Dijon, parmesan, mozzarella, Greek yogurt, salt, pepper and minced garlic.
  4. Mix until well combined
  5. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray and lay wonton wrappers into each cup
  6. Add two scoops of mixture to each wonton cup
  7. Top with parmesan and crushed red pepper flakes
  8. Bake for 8 minutes until edges are golden and crunchy.
