  1. Preheat oven to 410 degrees F.
  2. Spread thin layer of gravy over pizza crust.
  3. On pizza, arrange turkey, stuffing, Brussels sprouts and dried cranberries.
  4. Using piping bag, pipe mashed potatoes onto pizza, or simply arrange mashed potatoes in spoonfuls over pizza.
  5. Sprinkle on shredded cheese, if using.
  6. Bake 8-10 minutes.
  7. Top with warmed cranberry sauce. Serve immediately.
