Instructions

  1. Turn on waffle iron and coat with coconut oil.
  2. In large bowl, combine flour, collagen protein and baking powder.
  3. Gradually incorporate water or almond milk, about 1/2 cup at a time.
  4. Mix in egg, honey and salt.
  5. Pour batter into waffle iron and cook 1-2 minutes, depending on waffle iron.
