Wee Bee Raw Honey is an American family owned and operated apiary coming from generations of beekeepers, since 1892. We Bee Honey strongly promotes Organic methods of raising bees, utilizing essential oils instead of pesticides.
Never Heated, Filtered or Strained! Rich in vitamins, minerals, enzymes and antioxidants. Still contains Pollen, Propolis & Honeycomb.
The Bees decide the color, flavor, texture and crystallization. It all depends on the blossom.
Raw honey has been used for centuries to improve poor digestion, oral health, sore throat, cough, allergies, burns, wounds, scars and rashes.
HMF is the marker to prove honey is raw. Raw honey should be below 40 mg.

This processed sugar- and gluten-free recipe comes together quickly for a sweet but satisfying meal or snack.
Vanilla Collagen Protein Waffles
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- 2 scoops Multi Collagen Protein Vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 cup almond milk (or water)
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. sea salt
Optional Toppings
- Coconut whipped cream
- Crushed walnuts
- Maple syrup
- Turn on waffle iron and coat with coconut oil.
- In large bowl, combine flour, collagen protein and baking powder.
- Gradually incorporate water or almond milk, about 1/2 cup at a time.
- Mix in egg, honey and salt.
- Pour batter into waffle iron and cook 1-2 minutes, depending on waffle iron.
- Top with coconut whipped cream, crushed walnuts and maple syrup, if desired.
