Vanilla-Oat Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
1 cup raw oats
1 scoop vanilla cream protein powder
¼ cup water
3 egg whites
1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 packets natural sweetener
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend 30 seconds or until smooth.
- Heat non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Pour batter onto skillet and cook pancakes several minutes on each side, until golden brown.
