Bread, sliced
 Crackers (like multigrain, seed and/or herb crackers)
 Roasted macadamia nuts
 Roasted bell peppers
 Artichoke hearts
 Kalamata olives
 Red and yellow bell peppers, thinly sliced
 Celery, cut 
 Tomatoes
 Jicama, cut 
 Red grapes
 Green grapes
 Vegan Cheese Ball with Cranberry & Pistachio
Suggested dips/spreads
Hummus (or try black bean hummus)
 Red pepper spread
 Mushroom pâté (or other favorite vegan dip)
Directions
- Decorate a large cutting board or serving platter with ingredients (including dips). Fill empty space with bread slices and crackers.
