Bread, sliced
Crackers (like multigrain, seed and/or herb crackers)
Roasted macadamia nuts
Roasted bell peppers
Artichoke hearts
Kalamata olives
Red and yellow bell peppers, thinly sliced
Celery, cut
Tomatoes
Jicama, cut
Red grapes
Green grapes

Suggested dips/spreads

Hummus (or try black bean hummus)
Red pepper spread
Mushroom pâté (or other favorite vegan dip)

Directions

  1. Decorate a large cutting board or serving platter with ingredients (including dips). Fill empty space with bread slices and crackers.
