Crust
- 1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup vegan butter cut into cubes
- 3 –5 Tbsp. cold water
Apple filling
- 6 cups Granny Smith apples thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Crumble topping
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup vegan butter cut into cubes
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

To make crust, combine all curst ingredients, adding water last until dough comes together.

Roll dough on floured surface and place into a 9-in. pie dish. Trim and crimp edges as desired. Refrigerate while making filling.

Next, add apple slices to bowl with all filling ingredients. Toss until apples are evenly coated.

Pour apple mixture into pie crust and press down slightly.

Lastly, combine crumble ingredients in bowl until chunks form.
