6-Ingredient, Better-for-You Fudgsicles

How many fudge pops did you eat in one sitting as a kid? (“Sitting” might be a loose term. You probably ate them as you ran around in the yard.) One popsicle was never enough—sometimes you swore you could eat a million. They were just that good! Want a recipe that good but much healthier? This simple, blend-and-freeze fudgsicle recipe contains only six good-for-you ingredients. While eating a million is not recommended, neither is eating while running around, enjoying two while sitting at the kitchen table is definitely okay!

Make 6 popsicles

Ingredients

1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk
1 avocado
3 Tbsp. cacao powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch salt

Directions

  1. In blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth.
  2. Carefully pour into popsicle molds.
  3. Freeze 6-8 hours or overnight.
