This simple, blend-and-freeze fudgsicle recipe contains only six good-for-you ingredients. While eating a million is not recommended, neither is eating while running around, enjoying two while sitting at the kitchen table is definitely okay!
Make 6 popsicles
Ingredients
1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk
1 avocado
3 Tbsp. cacao powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch salt
Directions
- In blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth.
- Carefully pour into popsicle molds.
- Freeze 6-8 hours or overnight.
