Vegan Hot Chocolate Mix

With only five, real food ingredients, this easy, vegan mix gets the job done–and in style! Sift everything together and keep the jar in your pantry for up to 4 months. You’ll have good-for-you hot chocolate ready whenever you want it!

Serves 8

Ingredients

1/2 cup cacao powder
3/4 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup coconut milk powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Vegan marshmallows

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, sift together cacao, sugar, milk powder and cinnamon and whisk to combine.
  2. Transfer to an airtight container and top with vegan marshmallows. Mix will keep for 3-4 months if stored in a cool, dark place.
  3. To prepare hot chocolate, whisk 3-4 Tbsp. mix into 12 oz. (1-1/2 cups) hot water or steamed non-dairy milk.
