Ingredients
1/2 cup cacao powder
3/4 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup coconut milk powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Vegan marshmallows
Directions
- In a medium bowl, sift together cacao, sugar, milk powder and cinnamon and whisk to combine.
- Transfer to an airtight container and top with vegan marshmallows. Mix will keep for 3-4 months if stored in a cool, dark place.
- To prepare hot chocolate, whisk 3-4 Tbsp. mix into 12 oz. (1-1/2 cups) hot water or steamed non-dairy milk.
