- ½ cup softened butter
- ⅓ cup coconut sugar
- ⅓ cup cane sugar
- 1 egg
- 1⅓ cup flour
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. salt

- ⅓ cup crushed peppermint candy
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In large mixing bowl, combine butter and sugars until whipped. Mix in egg.

Mix in flour, baking soda and salt until combined.

Stir in white chocolate chunks until evenly distributed.

Scoop out dough and roll into balls over crushed candy canes.
