Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with non-stick spray. (Note: You can also use three 5.75 x 3.35 x 2.25-inch mini loaf pans for sharing.)
  2. In mixing bowl, combine sourdough starter, oil, egg, vanilla and milk.
  3. In large mixing bowl, combine cane sugar, flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined, and pour into prepared pan.
  4. In small bowl, mix together turbinado sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over loaf.
  5. Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out mostly clean. (Note: A little gooey in the middle is fine.)
  6. Cool loaf 10 minutes before removal from pan.
