Ingredients

Donuts
  1. Preheat oven to 360 degrees F. Grease donut pan.
  2. In small bowl, mix together flaxseed meal and water and set aside to thicken.
  3. In mixing bowl, add all wet ingredients and whisk well.
  4. To same bowl, add dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Fill decorating bag with batter and pipe into wells of donut pan to 3/4 full.
  6. Bake 12 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 minutes, then transfer to cooling rack to cool completely.
Glaze
  1. Place strawberries in bowl or container and puree with hand blender. (Note: You can also finely chop and mash by hand.)
  2. In small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons of strawberries and half of the sugar until smooth.
  3. Add rest of sugar and whisk until smooth and glossy. Add more sugar if too thin.
Assembly
  1. Dip donuts in glaze or pour glaze over donuts. Place on wire rack until set.
