Hint of Mint Fruit Salad

Hint of Mint Fruit Salad
Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cantaloupe, cut into cubes
  • 3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 large peaches, sliced

Mint Dressing Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Toss all dressing ingredients in a blender and mix until well combined.
  2. Add all fruit to a medium bowl, pour in desired amount of dressing (adjust to suit your taste buds).
  3. Refrigerate and let flavors blend, about 30 minutes.
