			Ingredients
- 1 cup SunButter Sunflower Butter
 - 1 scoop Nutiva Organic Plant Protein Superfood Smoothie Powder vanilla or chocolate
 - 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey, date syrup or monk fruit
 - 5 Tbsp. Bob’s Red Mill Paleo Flour
 - 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
 - 1/4 tsp. Redmond Real Salt
 
Chocolate Layer
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips or more if desired
 - 1 tsp. Nutiva Refined Coconut Oil
 - 1 tsp. SunButter Sunflower Butter
 
Instructions
- 
										In mixing bowl, combine sunflower butter, protein powder, maple syrup, flour, vanilla extract and salt; stir together until dough forms.
 - 
										Line 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Press dough across bottom of dish.
 - 
										In small sauce pan on low heat, combine chocolate chips, sunflower butter and coconut oil; stir until melted.
 - 
										Pour melted chocolate over dough and spread in even layer.
 - 
										Chill in freezer for 5 minutes or until chocolate sets. Gently slice into 8-12 bars, depending on preferred size.
